Dialing in the Dose
Mindful Medicinals offers CBD tinctures from 500mg to 2,000mg so it really depends on your comfort level with the substance. If you’re new to using CBD for health and wellness, you may want to start with the 500mg Nano Drops, adding a few to your morning coffee. More seasoned CBD users will likely have a greater tolerance for the effects of CBD and will want to utilize the stronger 1000mg to 2000mg options.
